Customer A came to us with an Microsoft 365 setup they had configured themselves, it was not working, with frequent issues and they had ended up with two sets of emails for each member of staff. TCS were able to combine all their mailboxes, create just one central mailbox for each user and then re-evaluated their subscription which enabled a saving of over £30.00 a month on the subscription costs. We were also implemented access levels to manage internal staff & external user access to the businesses file structure. This ensured the business owners knew who could access the private information the business retained. The end result was a more cost effective and streamlined setup for the business.
Customer B approached TCS to configure an Microsoft 365 setup that would be accessed by staff members across Europe. The requirements were for all users to be able to stay in touch with each other during their working day, access files, email functions, calendar sharing and for the senior staff to only have access to certain folders that were confidential. TCS were able to configure this setup in the background, meaning there was no downtime for the customer. We were able to setup all users with emails accounts, calendar sharing and Teams access. A SharePoint site was configured to allow the Directors to control access to the file structure, enabling all staff to work on their files in one central location, even working on the same files simultaneously. All the setup was configured remotely on users’ devices and has streamlined the business operations across multiple locations around Europe.
Customer C a busy local business to Exeter, with many staff frequently putting through retail sales. Everything was done on paper, meaning things could go missing, the tasks were time consuming, and errors were being made. TCS were able to move their existing, problematic email service, over to Microsoft 365’s Exchange Email service, a central SharePoint site was created to enable all staff to access the files they need for the business in one location and also enabled the restriction of staff access to management folders and accounts. This enabled the business to function more efficiently and also ensured the business quotations were no longer going into customers spam folders.
